Nicki Kemp (she/her)
Clinical Psychologist
BPsych (Hons) MClinPsych, Grad Cert in Autism Diagnosis
Nicki is the Director of The Northwest Psychology Practice and has worked in psychology for more than 25 years. Her current focus includes neurodiversity-affirming autism assessments for high-school-aged teenagers and adults, and ADHD assessments for adults. Nicki completed a Graduate Certificate in Autism Diagnosis at the University of Western Australia in 2025.
She has a particular passion for assessing people who have ‘fallen through the cracks’ - those whose autism or ADHD was not recognised when they were young, but who are now coming to understand that they may be neurodivergent.
“Some adults seek assessment after autism or ADHD was not recognised earlier in life. Assessment can raise questions about what the findings may mean. My aim is to provide a respectful assessment process that considers each person’s experiences and circumstances.”
