  • We pleased to be able to offer our clients either face-to-face or telehealth sessions interchangeably. Please discuss your preference with your psychologist or at the time of booking.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer relationship therpy at the present time, as our main focus is helping children, adults and families with mental health issues.

  • If you have an upcoming legal matter we understand that this can be very stressful and you may need support. Whilst we are happy to help you (or your child) therapeuticallly, we are not able to produce reports for court or act in the capacity of an expert witness. If you require an expert opinion we recommend seeking help from a forensic psychologist.

  • We are very happy to provide support to child clients whose parents are separated or divorced. We believe that is it usually in the best interest of the child for both parents to know about and be involved in the treatment and we will discuss this with you in the child’s first session.

    However we recognize that in some situations it is not possible to involve both parents - if this is true for you and your child, please discuss the situation with your psychologist so that we can come up with a plan that is in the best interest of the child.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us and give as much notice as possible.  A $90 cancellation fee applies for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Sessions with your psychologist are by appointment only, and unfortunately we are unable to provide support outside of these sessions.
