Natalie Foti (she/her)

Psychologist

BA (Hons), Psych; Dip. Applied Counseling

Natalie is a registered psychologist who works with children and adults. Her areas of interest include stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, trauma, grief and chronic pain. Natalie uses approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, emotion coaching and self-compassion. She provides a warm, respectful and non-judgmental environment and understands that beginning therapy can feel daunting.

“Sometimes it is hard for people to talk with friends or family about their struggles, perhaps because of feelings of shame, guilt, being a burden on others, or fear of rejection. In the therapy room, we provide people with a respectful and supportive environment where they can talk about, and work through their difficulties.”
