Natalie Foti (she/her)

Psychologist

BA (Hons), Psych; Dip. Applied Counseling

Natalie is a highly experienced psychologist who is passionate about helping people transform their lives. Natalie works with both children and adults to help them change the way they think and feel about themselves. One of her strengths as a clinician is her ability to help people with issues such as stress and anxiety, as well as sadness, low mood and low self-esteem. She is a warm and compassionate person who is easy to talk to and immediately sets you at ease. She has professional, non-judgmental approach and understands how daunting it can be to see a psychologist.

“Sometimes it is hard for people to talk with friends or family about their struggles, perhaps because of feelings of shame, guilt, being a burden on others, or fear of rejection. In the therapy room, we provide people with a safe and supportive environment where they can talk about, and work through their difficulties.”
