Monica is a compassionate and caring psychologist who works with children, adolescents and adults. She has particular expertise in helping people manage anxiety issues such as chronic and excessive worry, OCD, panic attacks and social anxiety. She also enjoys working with people to help them manage life stresses such as study/workplace stress, relationship difficulties and living with ADHD. She values the opportunity to provide a safe non-judgemental space for her clients, and empowers them to move towards their goals and values.
