Alesha Kumar (she/her)

Psychologist

BPsych (Hons), MPsych (Clin)

Alesha is a warm and compassionate psychologist who works with children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment difficulties, and neurodevelopmental presentations such as autism and ADHD. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, respected and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

“I have the privilege to meet people from all different walks of life and hear their unique stories. I enjoy seeing the small changes that happen over the course of therapy, whether that means understanding themselves better, making changes, developing their coping strategies, or feeling supported by others in what they are experiencing. It is rewarding to collaboratively assist someone during a difficult period and help them recognise their own strengths.”
