My Trinh Ha

Trinh completed her Clinical Psychology training at Macquarie University. She has also completed a PhD (on self-esteem, body image, support needs and Anorexia Nervosa) with the University of Western Sydney, where she also teaches undergraduate and postgraduate psychology. Trinh is registered with the NSW Psychologists' Registration Board, and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Trinh specialises in the treatment of general emotional and mental health issues for children, adolescents, and adults. In addition, Trinh has worked with more complex conditions such as eating disorders, trauma (PTSD), and chronic pain. Trinh's other main areas of work include depression, anxiety, family and relationship difficulties. Trinh's treatment approach is generally based in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Family Therapy.

Trinh is genuine, personable and empathic. She is passionate about her work and has an interest in people and their well-being. Her goal as a psychologist is to assist her clients to overcome challenges and to make positive shifts in their life.
